Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

    •    Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

    •    All original packaging must be included.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lexiandcobracelets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note: We do not accept returns on customized or final sale items.
